We do not accept health insurance at this time. We will give you a visit summary with appropriate codes so that you may submit a claim for reimbursement to your commercial insurance company yourself. However, this is not applicable for Medicare or Medicaid.
No. We are only offering telehealth visits at this time as we are traveling to different spots to see folks in person. We will advertise when and where we are offering in person visits on our website and social media.
We take cash, checks, major credit cards as well as HSA/FHA payments. We also have a convenient monthly membership option or payment plans
You can book on-line or call/ text us to request an appointment. Once you set up your appointment, you will receive an email with the instructions and link to meet me in the virtual visit room.
I can be your primary care provider, if you so choose. But, please be aware that I am not credentialed to work at your local hospital. And, my ability to assist is limited to Telehealth.
