We do not accept health insurance at this time. We will give you a visit summary with appropriate codes so that you may submit a claim for reimbursement to your insurance company yourself.
YES! In the current state of affairs within a constantly changing environment, we will also offer Telehealth at this time for some services.
We take cash, checks, major credit cards as well as HSA/FHA payments. We also have a convenient monthly membership option or payment plans
